Jones Snowboards Storm Wolf is a high powered swallowtail designed by surf shaper Chris Christenson that blends the all-mountain versatility of a directional freeride snowboard with signature Surf Series turn performance.
The slicing and dicing speed arrow. Ideal for high speed slashing in any condition. The Storm Wolf's Surf Camber profile gives you confident control at speed, while its tapered shape and 3D Contour Base 3.0 keep it loose slashing transitions.
The Jones Snowboards Storm Wolf is designed to be ridden just a touch shorter than your directional freeride board. If you are a smaller rider who normally rides a <158cm freeride board, go for the 150 or the 154 cm, and if you’re an average sized rider who normally rides a 158-161 cm freeride board, go for the Storm Wolf 158 cm.
The 158 cm has a 26.3 cm waist width which will fit up to a size 11.5 boot. If you are a taller or heavier rider, 175+ lbs (78 kg), who normally rides a 161-165 cm freeride board, step up to the Storm Wolf 162 cm. The 162 cm has a 26.5 cm waist width and will fit boots up to size 13.
A vast majority of the Jones team including Forrest Shearer and Jeremy Jones, all ride the Storm Wolf 158 cm.
